As an operator of a cab service in Flanders, you are required to send your trip data to Chiron, the central trip database. Pitane Link is a complete booking and management system that seamlessly supports this Chiron integration. The software works as a cloud solution on your tablet , smartphone and PC, so you can access your service statement, tickets and invoices from anywhere. All you need is an internet connection.

During the ordering process, we ask for the information necessary to properly process your request and provide our services effectively. This may include your name and address, KBO number, license plate number and vehicle information, driver’s license details and driver’s license number, as well as your email address and phone number. We use this information exclusively to process your order, communicate about your request, and provide the requested service.

After we receive your order and payment, we’ll make all the technical preparations needed to set up the integration correctly. As soon as these preparations are complete, you’ll receive an email invitation from us to schedule an appointment. During this appointment, we will set up the integration with Chiron, configure the acceptance and production environments, install the necessary certificates, and perform the required test runs. These tasks will be performed on the customer’s computer via TeamViewer. To access the relevant services, the customer logs in via Itsme.

After installation and activation on Chiron, we will provide all necessary documents—such as the trip log and ticket—within 15 minutes. In addition, we will provide you with all the user information you need to start using the system. We will also send you instructions on how to install the software on your phone or tablet so you can get started right away.
